Choosing Aftermarket Shocks
Progressive Suspension 412: The most popular upgrade. Far better than stock, adjustable preload, great for most applications. $400–$600 per pair installed.
Works Performance: American-made, built to your weight and application. Premium for serious touring. $600–$1,000+ per pair.
Öhlins: Premium performance option for Dynas and Sportsters used in spirited riding.
