A dyno tune is the definitive fuel mapping solution for any serious Harley-Davidson performance build. While download maps and piggyback modules work for simple Stage 1 setups, a bike with an aftermarket cam, big bore kit, or aggressive exhaust system needs a custom map developed specifically for its exact combination of parts. The dyno tells us exactly what the engine is doing — and we adjust the map until it's perfect.

What's Included

  • Pre-tune inspection and safety check
  • Multiple dyno pulls to establish baseline power
  • Fuel map optimization across the full RPM range — idle, part throttle, and wide open
  • Ignition timing optimization where adjustable
  • Deceleration calibration (controls backpopping)
  • Final power runs with optimized map
  • Dyno chart printout showing power and torque before and after

When You Need a Dyno Tune

A dyno tune is the right choice for: Stage 2 cam upgrades; big bore kits (any displacement increase); full exhaust systems (headers + mufflers); any combination of Stage 1 + Stage 2 modifications; or any bike that has had multiple modifications and never been properly tuned. If you can't identify the specific Harley download map that matches your part combination, custom tuning is the safer and more effective path.

What to Expect

A dyno session typically takes 2–3 hours. The bike must be in good mechanical condition — a tune can't compensate for a mechanical problem, and running a bike with issues on the dyno can mask or worsen them. We check for any mechanical concerns before beginning tuning.
