Hydrodipping & Hydro Graphics

Hydrodipping (water transfer printing) applies a printed film pattern to a three-dimensional part with a level of detail and wraparound coverage that's hard to match with paint alone. It's an excellent option for parts with complex curves — wheels, mirrors, helmets, fender edges, and tank covers — where a printed pattern needs to follow the shape perfectly rather than being masked and sprayed by hand.

What's Included

• Part prep — clean, sand, and base-coat in a color that complements the chosen film
• Film selection — carbon fiber weave, camo, wood grain, skulls, flames, and other patterns in stock, or custom film on request
• Water transfer dip process — film floated on water, activated, part dipped through for full wraparound coverage
• Rinse and dry
• Multiple clear coat layers for UV and abrasion protection
• Reassembly

Durability

Properly clear-coated hydro graphics hold up well to normal riding conditions — sun, rain, and highway speed — for years. As with any painted or dipped finish, avoid abrasive cleaners and cover the bike during long-term outdoor storage to maximize the finish's lifespan through Nova Scotia's weather swings.
