OEM Color Match vs. Custom

Most riders want their tank and fenders matching the original factory color, especially on resale-focused restorations — we pull factory paint codes and mix or source an accurate match. Others want something entirely different: a custom candy color, two-tone scheme, or flake finish that makes the bike uniquely theirs. Either way, we walk you through options and show samples before any paint goes on the bike.

The single biggest factor in how long a paint job lasts isn't the paint itself — it's the surface prep underneath it. Skipping proper filler work, sanding, and primer to save time is exactly how you end up with cracking, lifting, or fisheyes within a year or two.
