ABS Brake Service

Harleys equipped with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) require additional care during brake service. The ABS hydraulic modulator contains solenoid valves and passages that can trap air if not properly bled using the correct procedure. Generic brake bleeding without ABS-specific steps can leave air in the modulator, resulting in spongy brakes even after bleeding appears complete.

ABS Fault Codes

If your ABS warning light is illuminated, it indicates a stored fault code. Common causes include a wheel speed sensor fault, a damaged tone ring on the wheel, or a solenoid issue in the modulator. We can read and diagnose ABS fault codes and advise on the correct repair before committing to parts replacement.
