A fuel system flush is the first-line treatment for EFI Harleys experiencing mild stumbling, hesitation, or rough running after winter storage. Using professional-grade cleaning solution injected directly into the fuel rail while the engine runs, this service dissolves light varnish and deposit buildup from injectors, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel lines without requiring injector removal.

When This Is Sufficient vs. When You Need More

A fuel system flush works well for mild deposit buildup — bikes that were stored with some stabilizer, or that have been running but not quite right. For significant injector clogging (confirmed by flow testing) or hard-starting bikes that don't respond to a flush, ultrasonic injector cleaning or replacement may be required. We assess and advise after the flush.
